We'd love for you to publish the article here. For the reader, it is an author's obligation to protect copyright, a trademark owner to protect trademark. If McDonald's doesn't tell people to not use McDonald's with the little "R" after the name, then it loses it's legal protection. It's not identical with copyright but it's important. So, please do post, simply note that it is posted with permission (this way people won't post it on their websites without permission) and there need to be two links to www.kevinhogan.com one at the top and one at the bottom of the article.
